About MedMind

We're building the EMR we always wished existed.

MedMind started in a clinic, not a boardroom. After years of watching patients wait while doctors typed, we set out to build the quietest EMR in healthcare — one that listens, drafts, and disappears into the workflow.

Our story

MedMind was founded by a physician who got tired of finishing charts at midnight. The promise of the modern EMR — better care, less work — never quite arrived. Instead, doctors became data entry clerks for systems that were never built for them.

So we started over. We sat with general practitioners, specialists, and clinic staff across the Philippines. We watched what slowed them down. We rebuilt the EMR around the conversation between doctor and patient — and let AI quietly handle everything else.

Today, MedMind is used by independent practitioners and growing clinics who want their evenings back.

What we believe

Four things we won't compromise on.

The patient is the product

Every screen, every shortcut, every silence is designed to give time back to the person in the room.

Clinicians lead the design

Doctors don't review MedMind at the end. They build it from the start, every release, every decision.

Quiet by default

We measure success by how invisible we become — not by how many features we ship.

AI in the background

AI listens, drafts, and checks — but never gets in the way of the clinical conversation.

The team

The people behind MedMind.

A small, focused team of doctors, designers, and engineers — building one product, very carefully.
